Distance sessions with Tiffany are held live over Zoom and in-person sessions are held in Sanford, FL. It is recommended to be in a relaxing environment for the session, either laying down or sitting comfortably. To begin, there will be a short conversation to discuss what to expect during the session and any specific concerns that you have. Following the session, it is recommended to drink plenty of water and have a few moments to relax before proceeding with your day.

Tiffany's Approach
Using traditional Japanese techniques taught by Mikao Usui for stress reduction and relaxation, energy healing promotes healing on the mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional levels. Tiffany practices using a hands-off approach for in-person sessions, meaning there is no touching of the physical body. Energy healing is also extremely effective through virtual or distance sessions as energy knows no space or time.
